Bogdan Szarka ("we") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use MONARQ on any
Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not rent, lease, sell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer or modify the app, except as allowed by law.
2. Wallpapers
Wallpapers in MONARQ are original artwork created for the app (including with the help of AI tools) and curated by us.
You may save wallpapers and use them as the background of your own devices for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload to other wallpaper apps or sites, print for sale, or use the wallpapers in
commercial products, trademarks or logos.
If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.
3. Optional ads & Highest Quality
Standard-quality saves are free. Highest-quality (full-resolution) saves may be unlocked by voluntarily watching a short rewarded video
ad. An unlock is not a purchase, has no monetary value, and ad availability may vary by region and time. MONARQ offers no
in-app purchases or subscriptions.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the app in any unlawful way, or attempt to disrupt, scrape or overload the app or its content servers.
5. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features or wallpapers at any time. Some features need an internet connection.
6. Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", to the maximum extent permitted by law. In the event of any failure of
the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app
(if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from
your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Apple-specific terms
These terms are between you and Bogdan Szarka only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Support is provided by us (see Support).
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability claims, claims
that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection claims.
If a third party claims the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible
for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a
"terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example, your wireless data agreement) when using the app.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, once you accept them, Apple may enforce
them against you.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms;
you can end it at any time by deleting the app.
