Effective 6 October 2026 · applies to the Glitter Wallpapers app for Android (com.exceed.glitter.wallpapers).
Glitter Wallpapers is published by Exceed Apps, an independent developer ("we", "us"). For anything about privacy, contact exceedapp.info@gmail.com.
We do not ask you to sign up. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos or browsing history, and we do not sell personal data.
When you download a wallpaper, the app saves only that image to your gallery. On Android 7–9 this needs the storage permission; on newer Android versions no permission is needed. The app cannot read or upload your existing photos. Setting a wallpaper uses the standard Android wallpaper permission.
The app shows banner ads, occasional full-screen ads and optional rewarded videos (to unlock the highest-quality download) from Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.). To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Advertising ID and app-set ID | Advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention |
| IP address (approximate location), device and app information | Advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention |
| Ad interactions (ads shown, taps) | Advertising, ad measurement |
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before requesting ads, using Google's consent form. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad & privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in your phone's Google settings. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
The app may use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand, in aggregate, which screens and collections are used and whether ads load correctly. It does not receive your name, email or photos. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Usage analytics.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We don't hold personal data on our own servers. Data on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app. For data processed by Google, see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
